Walter Isaacson's biographies are my favorite thing to read. Currently reading this and this.
I love to experience new cultures! I recently studied abroad in Australia for 6 months. I plan to travel Europe in the summer of 2020.
It's like the gym, but you get see beautiful views and eat lunch at the half way mark.
Ranked in the top 0.3% of CounterStrike players, I'm the captain of a team that competes in Mid-West LANs.
Spent 6 months in Australia studying engineering and business courses Spring 2018
Engineering GPA:3.97
Overall GPA:3.93
Good Through Fall 2018
Undergraduate research on ICARUS Cognitive Architecture. Worked with other graduate researchers and Dr. Dongkyu Choi on learning fundementals, CLISP, and the high-level architecture. Worked primarily within the inference module.
Please note that this is work from an introduction phase. Later work and the sorter cannot be shared.
Rebuilt inference module to distinguish percepts and beliefs. This gave context to action derivations.
Designed and implemented a goals sorter. Allowed the system to periodically update current goals based on interdependencies and priorities. Recognized and handled cyclical dependencies.
The SELF Program develops passionate engineering graduates who are goal-oriented, business-minded leaders. An ongoing four-year personal development program rigourously trains exceptional graduates.
The Program recruits, selects, and financially supports Approximately 25 out of 590 selected to be Fellows each year.
Summer 2018 visit to UBER Seattle
Organized and ran a regional highschool design competition to expose diverse students to STEM. 400+ attendees and $15,000 awards. Event entirely planned by the Junior class of Fellows.
Starting as a class project, I expanded the atomic DES functions into a working DES implementation. Later I created altered versions of ANSI functions. This helped me to better understand the purpose and effect of each module.
To the right is output from the testing of from altered modules.
I'd like the implentation to support features such as operating on non-binary data, chunking data sets larger than 64-bits, and utilizing feedback chaining modes.
This was written entirely in C++. I templated many of functions to work with different data types for future use.

Worked with Dr. Dongkyu Choi to develop goal sorter for inference module. Helped with overhaul of inference module to accomodate native perceptions differently than generated beliefs.

Selected as 1 of 25 distinguished students for the 2020 cohort.
